Sound therapy – Tuning Forks – is a delivery system of light energy and vibration which affects the external and internal body on many levels. Each different tuning fork is a different vibration and energy. Everything is energy and has its own vibration and so a tuning forks session connects to you, where you are, and allows for change to take place at both the deepest and highest levels.
