Tapping/ EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping as its now known, is a tool to create balance in the body, help to change habits and behaviours as well as address any areas you would like to perform better. By tapping on meridian points in the body we realign blockages and restore harmony to the body, beliefs, behaviours and more. We can be blind to what the real issue that is blocking us is which can lead to self-sabotage and so Tapping is a great tool to find out where that is in the body and how to move gently forward.
