I was born and raised in Zimbabwe coming to the UK via South Africa. Finally settling in Helensburgh raising my two children and now also a grandmother of three.\u00a0 I relocated to Glasgow 2 years ago which allows me to offer in person and online sessions to suit.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p><p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> I helped my husband buy, run and sell our business before he joined the Navy.\u00a0 This is when I developed chronic fatigue. However, through a recommendation and a leap of faith I found Complementary Therapies and Health Kinesiology. Thus began my lifelong journey of exploration, mind expansion and learning.<\/span><\/em><\/p><p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Synchronicity brought me to Debbi Walker of Suara Sounds and I fell in love with the tuning forks which are a powerful healing medium.\u00a0 Now as a qualified Suara Sound Ambassador I have completed certification in Advanced Sacred Sound Therapy, Stellar Gateway Tuning Forks and currently completing the Solfeggio Tuning Fork certification.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-9691f34\" data-id=\"9691f34\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe1c8d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fe1c8d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">As an energy worker I know that our bodies are so much more than the sum of all our parts. We have 11 systems which run our body, with each interacting with the others seamlessly. Out with our physical body we also have emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, which collectively are known as our energy body. We also have an energy field (sometimes called the aura), which extends beyond our body and feeds information back to the body, mind and emotions. We now understand that we have energy running through our body and its the quality, health and wellbeing of this that determines the quality of our life. This is not a new concept as in other traditions this energy is already recognised as Prana, Qi or chi. Imbalances in this energy deeply affect our physical, emotional and mental health and can affect our spirit too.
